缅北直播轮奸 (FMAT) is an Education Charity.
FMAT is governed by the 缅北直播轮奸鈥檚 Board of Directors.
The 缅北直播轮奸 Board is comprised of volunteers and is responsible for:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the 缅北直播轮奸 and its Academies;

Holding the CEO to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient management of staff; and - Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure money is well spent.
